The WebLab is an unstructured forum, relying heavily on group
participation. Online access is required and basic knowledge of the
Internet and browsing is required. The WebLab covers all aspects of web development including: techniques for building new sites, troubleshooting existing projects, exploring server and search engine technologies and the use of related applications and software. Each member is encouraged to share his or her knowledge and experiences. The WebLab is currently
inactive.
The moderator, Edward Jahncke, has decided to use a Yahoo Group as an information center. Interested members can sign on and have the ability
to "chat" with other interested club members on the evening of the SIG
meeting.
Joining this group is a two step process:
- Sign up with Yahoo for access to all of Yahoo's many features.
- Go the the NOPCC Weblab Yahoo group. The group name is:
nopcc_weblab. Once at this site, sign up for approved access to this group. Click on the button at the upper right portion of the screen. Complete the questionnaire and your request for membership will be sent to the Group Moderator. Once approved, you will have the ability to Post messages and Chat with other group members.
