Please Volunteer for a Committee!

Membership - The membership chairman is responsible for retaining current members and attracting new members to the club. She should greet guests at meetings and follow up with an invitation for membership. She acts as a liaison between the Board of Directors and members. She prepares special events to attract more members.

APCUG Liason - He works with the Association of Personal Computer Users Groups organization. As needed, he updates our membership records with this group. He also insures APCUG dues are paid by Treasurer.

SIG Coordinator - She acts as a liaison between SIG moderators and the Board of Directors. She brings equipment and software requests from SIG moderators to the Board of Directors. She insures only members attend SIG meetings. She recruits new SIG moderators and looks for ideas to start new SIGs. She determines if enough members are attending a particuliar SIG and ways to improve attendance. She is responsible for the club's computer.

Vendor Relations - He sells ads in the Motherboard. He also obtains equipment and software for the Club's use.

Fund Raising & Refreshments - She handles the details of raffles, auctions and other fund raisers. She handle drinks and/or food sales at meetings and special events.
